✅ Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.
✅ Revisions are subject to the agreed-upon scope and timeline.

2. Payments & Refunds
💳 Payments: All projects require an upfront payment before work begins. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon completion.
❌ Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow, clients must:
✅ Provide accurate and complete project details upfront.
✅ Respond to communications promptly.
✅ Supply necessary content (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property
🎨 Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to their website or design.
🚫 Usage Rights: Logicadz retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work
🔄 Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
⚠️ Scope Creep: Requests outside the original project scope will be subject to a new quote.

6. Timelines & Delays
⏳ Project Completion: Timelines will be discussed before starting. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses, missing content) may push deadlines.
❗ Force Majeure: Logicadz is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as technical failures or natural disasters.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
🚀 While we build high-quality websites, we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or conversions.
🔧 Post-launch website maintenance is the client’s responsibility unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

8. Confidentiality
🔐 We respect your privacy. All project details and sensitive information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate any project if:
❌ The client is unresponsive for an extended period.
❌ The client fails to make payments as agreed.
❌ There is any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
